Our selection of dry aged USDA Prime beef.  If you're looking to replicate that great steakhouse steak at home, dry aged is the way to go.  Dry aging allows the enzymes in the meat to break down the muscle fibers and marbling to create a much more tender, flavorful experience. We dry age our bone-in steaks a minimum of 28 days. At MW Prime Meat, we are proud offer only USDA Prime beef. Raised in the Midwest, and grain-fed and finished, we select only the best, most marbled cuts of USDA Prime from farms in the Midwest.
