USDA PRIME

At J. Morten's, we are proud offer only Certified Black Angus USDA Prime beef.  Prime Beef is the highest Grading standard awarded by the USDA, given to only a few percent of all American beef.  Because of it's rarity, USDA Prime cost about twice as much as Choice. Characterized by higher intramuscular marbling, true Prime beef is renowned for great beef taste, and a juicy and tender eating experience.  All of our USDA Prime beef is sourced from the Midwest, and is corn-fed and finished.  We offer both bone-in and boneless, as well as whole roast option. We also are proud to offer a selection of in-house dry aged USDA prime steaks.  These steaks and roasts are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days.
