At J Morten's, we are proud offer only certified Black Angus USDA Prime beef.  Prime Beef is the highest Grading standard awarded by the USDA, given to only a few percent of all American beef.  Because of it's rarity, USDA Prime cost about twice as much as Choice. Characterized by higher intramuscular marbling, true Prime beef is renowned for great beef taste, and a juicy and tender eating experience.  All of our USDA Prime beef is sourced from the Midwest, and is corn-fed and finished.
