This package include 1 whole piece of Iberico Secreto. This "secret cut" is a thin cut from between the shoulder and belly of the animal, which results in it being marbled like no other piece of pork you have ever seen.  I can only compare this to eating the pork version of A5 wagyu.  The weight per piece is 15 - 17 ounces.

This succulent pork is from the same acorn fed Pata Negra bred of pigs that is used for the sought after Jamon Iberico (iberico ham). From the Iberian peninsula in Spain, these pigs are naturally very well marbled and are like a Kobe beef version of pork.  A diet high in acorns and other nuts gives this meat a much more complex flavor than more typical pork.
