This package include 1 whole rack of Iberico pork loin.  This can easily be cut into individual or double bone pork chops, or roasted whole.  Average weight is 2.8-3.2 pounds.  This product ships frozen.  Some thawing may occur during shipping.

This succulent pork is from the same acorn fed Pata Negra bred of pigs that is used for the sought after Jamon Iberico (Iberico ham). From the Iberian peninsula in Spain, these pigs are naturally very well marbled and are like a Kobe beef version of pork.  A diet high in acorns and other nuts gives this meat a much more complex flavor than more typical pork.
